I made an appointment with John Saft Jr to evaluate my home for a back up generator. He was very thorough with the needs of my home and the size generator I would need. I made arrangements to purchase a GENERAC, which produces the finest quality generators, and scheduled a date and time for the installation. His crew arrived on time and fully equipped to do the job. I had also requested some unrelated electrical work to be done. The job was completed very professionally and they answered all my questions. The area they worked in looked better when they left then when they came. After the propane was installed John Jr. came right back to test the equipment and advised me on it’s operation which is very simple and for me peace of mind. And they will follow up for maintenance.
